Login Questions

If you forgot your password, you can reset it by clicking on the "Forgotten your password?" link in the home page of the Business Partner Portal.

If you want to change your password just follow these steps:

  1. Login into the Lenovo Partner portal with your login (e-mail) and current password
  2. Visit My Status - My Profile
  3. Click on the Reset My Password link that appears on the left and follow the instructions
You should login with the e-mail address you used when registering which is most probably the e-mail address you use for most communications with Lenovo. If for any reason you don't remember which e-mail address you used, then you can contact us.

In order to be able to use Lenovo's Business Portal, it is necessary that you allow cookies from it. To change your Internet Explorer settings to allow cookies from Lenovo's Business Portal, you should:

  1. Open Internet Explorer and click on the settings button.
  2. From the settings menu, choose Internet Options and go to the Privacy tab.
  3. From the section select a setting for the Internet zone, lower the bar to Accept All Cookies.
  4. Click Apply and then click OK.
 

My Company & My Colleagues

You can grant access to your portal to another colleague by following these steps:

  1. Login in the portal with your e-mail and password
  2. Go to the menu: My Status - My Colleague
  3. Click on the Contact Invitation link
  4. Enter the e-mail address of your colleague(s) and click on the Submit button

NOTE: Your colleague will receive an e-mail invitation with a link to finish the registration process.

If you have a new branch of your company and you want to provide access to the Business Portal to that branch you can do it by following these steps:

  1. Login in the portal with your e-mail and password
  2. Go to the menu: My Status - My Company
  3. Click on the "Create A New Branch" link that appears on the right side and follow the steps

To change the logo for your company in the Business Portal, just follow these steps:

  1. Login into the Business Portal with your username (e-mail) and password
  2. Go to: My Status - My Company and then scroll down to the bottom of the page
  3. Once you reach the Logo section you will see the option to upload a new logo for your company
Only the administrator (EBA) is able to accept the SBO and LPN Agreements.

Other...

While at this moment there is not a mobile app for the Business Portal, it is still possible access the Business Portal from Windows, Android, iOS smartphones and tablets by using the web browser in those devices.

Please note that at this time support for mobile is limited but we are currently working on developing a solution for this. We don't have a date to announce at this moment.
